EI15–EI90 Partition Systems with Fire Resistant Doors

MB-78EI fire resistant partition system is designed for the production of interior and exterior fire resistant partition walls containing single or double wing doors with fire resistance class EI15, EI30, EI45 or EI60 according to the PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2016 standard. The system is broadly compatible with Asos Fire's MB-45, MB-60 and MB-70 standard window and door systems; It utilizes common profiles, details, equipment and machining methods.

MB-78EI fire resistant partition system, PN-EN 13501-2+A1:2016 standard EI15, EI30, EI45 or EI60 Containing single or double wing doors with fire resistance class. It is designed for the production of and external fire-resistant partition walls. The system is broadly compatible with Asos Fire's MB-45, MB-60 and MB-70 standard window and door systems; It utilizes common profiles, details, equipment and processing methods.

MB-78EI system is based on thermal insulated aluminum profiles and the profile construction depth is 78 mm. Thanks to the 34 mm wide special profile heat barriers, a low Uf heat permeability coefficient is achieved.

The system allows the use of different types of fire-resistant glass with the appropriate fire resistance class and supports 6–65 mm infill thickness. Additionally, smoke-tight constructions can be created in different application options. In the tests carried out at the Institute of Building Technologies in Warsaw, it was confirmed that the structures produced with the system can provide sound insulation up to 40 dB.

The MB-78EI system was modernized in 2011 in terms of applicable construction dimensions and different structural solutions. has been developed.

The system has numerous approval and conformity certificates valid in European and Middle Eastern markets.
