The system was developed on the basis of non-thermal insulated MB-45 aluminum profiles with a construction depth of 45 mm. Fire resistance, interior of the profiles; While it is provided with special materials placed in the rooms, fire protection strips that expand with the effect of temperature are used on the external surfaces.
11–15.5 mm thick EW30 class fire resistant glasses can be used in the system. Infills are fixed with standard glazing beads and supported with steel accessories to protect the glass during fire.
MB-45EW system allows the production of door leaves up to a maximum of 2.40 m height and 1.25 m width. Thanks to its structural features and compatibility with other MB series systems, it offers a functional solution that provides a high level of fire safety.
